Psychology : Let go your anger

This is very common in the present day world that people are getting angry, specially couples. because their mood is not good today that's why they are fighting with each other without any specific reason. When ever you get involve in any fight, try to take time before reply just take a rest of few minutes. Just think why you were involved in the fight. Try to find out is he or she was wrong totally ? Try to understand their perspective too and that is only possible if you just take rest from the conversation, but you should not stop the conversation in anger or should not leave the place in anger. You just need to say these magical words that " I AM SORRY, I THINK I AM NOT IN GOOD MOOD. SEE YOU SOON AFTER A GAP"
