How to be happy: three important diets for you :


world is full of people with high aspirations. everyone wants to be a person who can do something different something valuable, it does not matter what area he or she selects. For doing any thing like this one must be happy and positive for all the time that he/she can get what ever he/she wants. people are doing may things to get happiness , to live a positive life, but still there is a large increase in the number of depression cases. So, how this is possible? This is the question.

I have an answer for it you can be happy if you take three diets daily:


1. diet for your body.

2. diet for your mind.

3. diet for your soul.


This is an era where people are becoming much conscious about their diet and exercise. People are so much aware that what should they eat and what should not. people also prefer yoga exercises which is nowadays in practice. Then, Mediation is also a word which is in fashion. 'Aasanasth Dhyana" is the best and simple kind of mediation people can easy follow only 10 mins of daily mediation can change their life in a positive way, and they should also read some spiritual or any positive literature daily. Food and yoga for body, literature or any book for mind. Last but not least meditation for soul are necessary things to have for a happy life.
